Tasks:
  • Development of tests for testing embedded software for automotive networks
  • Requirement’s analysis, specification, and implementation of software tests for systems and modules
  • Execution and documentation of the software tests
  • Support for developers in analysing and correcting errors
Requirements:
  • University degree in computer science, information technology or a comparable subject
  • Professional experience in embedded software and test development, preferably for automotive or industry
  • Well-founded knowledge of requirements engineering with Polarion or similar, hardware and software architectures for real-time systems, AUTOSAR, embedded environments, CANoe, Trace, circuit diagram and board-level debugging and programming in C and script languages (e.g. Python)
  • Trusted with (8/16/32-bit) microcontrollers and vehicle networks (CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet)
  • Basic knowledge of communication drivers, bootloaders, network protection and encryption  architectures
  • High quality standards and process-oriented working method according to ASPICE and ISO26262
  • Safe handling of electronic measuring devices, microcontrollers and data interfaces
  • Secure written and oral communication skills in German and English
  • Very good English language skills
  • German language skills are an advantage (not a prerequisite)
